Date of first appearance of coronal hole in EUV at east limb: 2023-11-13
Note: Increase in solar wind speed from approximately 350 km/s to above 500 km/s, reaching maximum sustained speeds around 550 km/s. This increase in solar wind speed is accompanied by an increase in temperature and a decrease in density. Prior to increase in speed, density was increasing during SIR onset. Candidate coronal hole is centered around N15 and crossed the central meridian on 2023-11-18. This HSS was also detected at STEREO A around 2023-11-22T05:14Z.
